Our beloved Reyes M. Medina, age 55, resident of Austin was born and raised in Enrique Estrada (La Concha), San Luis Potasi Mexico. He was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 23, 2002. Mr. Medina was a humble man, a friend to all, a helping hand to those in need, a tower for anyone who needed support, a man that saw no barriers and worked hard to reach his goals. God called his name and to this we all surccumed. He was survived by his wife of 32 years Perfecta (Socorro) Medina; sons Isidro, Rene, and Jose Reyes Medina; daughter Maria De Jesus Medina; his grandson, a gift sent from up above, Jaden Reyes Medina, who he enjoyed for 13 months; brother, Baltazar Medina; sisters, Mina, Juana, Vita and numerous family and friends. Recitation of rosary Friday, 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, 9:30pm at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. The Franciscan Friars will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. We will forever miss our husband, our wonderful father, your happiness, your spirit, and love.
