Obituary of J. Ramon Nolasco

Our Beloved J. Ramon Nolasco, age 64, of Austin, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, May 30, 2019.

Ramon was a longtime baseball fan and played with the Hispanic League known as the Dodgers. He always rooted for America (Aguilas) Soccer Team. He will always be remembered as a loving father and husband but most of all he had a one of a kind love for his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Florencio Nolasco and Maximina Castro Nolasco; twin children Ramon and Ramona Nolasco.

He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Cynthia Nolasco; children: Juan (Amber) Nolasco, Anna Nolasco (Mariano Sanchez), Roxanne Nolasco (Juan Munoz), Elisa Nerio, Alejandro Nolasco, Vanessa Nolasco, and Michael Nolasco; siblings: Beatrice Munoz, Antonia Nolasco, Maria Nolasco, Juana Nolasco Rios, Silvano Nolasco, Angel Nolasco, Cristina Mechlor, and Alvaro Nolasco; 11 grandchildren; as well as numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 3, 2019 at Dolores Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
