Obituary of Enrique Gallardo

Enrique Gallardo, age 45, resident of Austin, passed away on April 7, 2002. Enrique Gallardo was born in Pecos, Texas on August 13, 1956. After attending Pecos High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and completed his secondary education while stationed in Germany. A fourth year apprentice in the sheet metal workers? union, Enrique was an active member of the NA organization, serving as a mentor to many who struggle with addiction.
He is survived by daughters Viviana, Carolina, Stephanie, Lucinda, Teri, and Nikki; mother, Ethel Gallardo; sisters, Deloise Vasquez and husband Ev Lunning, Lucy Schroeder and husband Mark; brother, Jesus Zaragoza. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 2 nephews, 4 maternal uncles, and a host of cousins.
Recitation of rosary is on Wednesday, April 10, 2002 at 7:30pm, at the Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, 1:30pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Father J.C. Cain will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
