Obituary of Irene "Renee" Luna

Our Beloved Irene "Renee" Luna, age 54, of Austin, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, May 20, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her father, Benjamin Acosta Luna; brother, Daniel Luna; and niece, Melissa Luna.

She is survived by her children: John Anthony Garza, Jessica Leann Garza (Jon), and Vanessa Rae Garza; mother, Mary Jo Ramirez Rios (Catarino); siblings Benjamin Luna Jr. (Miriam), Roy Edward Luna, Ernest Luna, Katherine Rios (Germain), and Diane Luna (Mark); as well as numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Mission Funeral Home – South Side.Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church located at 4600 E. Ben White Blvd.; Austin, Texas 78741. This will conclude services.
