Our beloved Marcos S. Hernandez ?El Maestro?, age 83, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday March 9, 2002.He was a member of Dolores Catholic Church and a member of Sacred Heart Society. Marcos was a loving husband, father, grandfather, who will be dearly missed by those whose lives he touched.
Survivors include: Wife of 48 years Petra Hernandez, children; Daniel Hernandez, Hermelinda Hairston (Tyler), Maria Hernandez, three grandchildren; James, Tai, Lindsey all of Austin, Texas. Brother; Juan Rodriguez of San Antonio, Texas., one nephew; Ramon R. Reyna of Austin, Texas. Visitation will begin on Sunday March 10,2002 at 4:00 P.M. at Mission Funeral Home.
Recitation of rosary Sunday, 7:00 P.M. at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday March 11, 2002 at 10:00 A.M at Dolores Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
