Our beloved Maximo (Mike) Moreno, age 77, resident of Round Rock was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 6, 1999. He was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Hipola Moreno of Austin. Survivors include: Beloved wife of 37 years, Mary Alvarez Moreno of Austin; sons, Mark and Michael Howard of Austin; daughters, Catherine Esparza of Austin, Rita Marie Moreno of Round Rock, TX; brothers and sisters, Louis Jr., Eddie, Jovito, Paul, Fannie Martinez, Saturnina, and Augustine Moreno, all of Austin; grandchildren: Marcos Elias Howard, Jennifer Gail Esparza, Michael Howard II, Lori Beth Esparza, Ian Scott Moreno, Joseph Alfred Esparza, Stehan Dru Moreno, Jazzmyn Dezir-ee Moreno, John Jeremy Diamond. Also Survived by numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved as his own children. The family would like to acknowledge the loving care given by Seton Hospital and Capitol City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Recitation of rosary Monday, 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday, 11:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Reverend William Elliott OMI will officiate. Interment will follow in Capitol Memorial Park cemetery, Pflugerville, TX.
