Obituary of Juan G. Ochoa

Our Beloved Juan G. Ochoa, age 71, was called to our Heavenly Father on Monday, December 10, 2018.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Felipe and Guillermina Ochoa; son-in-law, Robert “Babo” Alvarez, Jr., and brother-in-law, Gerado Ballesteros.

Juan is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Rosa; his children, Rosa M. Ochoa and Carlos Hernandez, Sandra P. Ochoa, and Brenda Ochoa; eight grandchildren, Vanessa R. Alvarez and her fiancé, Joe Reyes, Ashley M. Fernandez, Robert Fernandez, Jr., Anissa M. Alvarez, John Michael Torres, Savannah N. Celedon, CJ Hernandez, and Analicia S. Alvarez; siblings, Felipe Ochoa, Jr. and his wife, Gloria, Polo Ochoa and his wife, Maria, Victor Ochoa, Maria Ballesteros, Virginia Esquivel and her husband, Raul, Carmen Vasquez and her husband, Jose, and Aurelia Ochoa, and many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Honored pallbearers will be John Michael Torres, Robert Fernandez, Jr., CJ Hernandez, Carlos Hernandez, Andres Sosa, Polo Ochoa, Luis Gerardo Aguirre, and Victor Ochoa.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., with Recitation of Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 13, 2018, Mission Funeral Home – East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St.  Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 14, 2018, Dolores Catholic Church, 1111 Montopolis Dr.  An inurnment at Assumption Cemetery will take place at a later date.
