I send my condolences to Donna’s family during this difficult time. Thank you for sharing Donna with her work family! I worked with Donna at the hotline and remember her genuine laugh, her way of giving callers in pain her undivided attention, and her hopeful view of the world. She had such a special touch with people. I’m glad to have known her.
