Obituary of Bertha Alicia Flores

Our Beloved Bertha Alicia Flores, age 60, was called by our Heavenly Father on October 18, 2018. She was preceded in death by her children, Amanda Muro and J.R. Muro; and her father, Joaquin C. Flores. 

Bertha is survived by her son, Joaquin J. "JJ" Muro, and his wife, Amanda;  her mother, Consuelo R. Flores; her grandsons, William and Mateo Muro; her siblings, Martha Martin and her husband Josef, Marc Flores and his wife Sebastiana, and Laura Flores; her nieces and nephews, Jacob Martin and his wife Megan, Lauren Martin, Stephanie Flores, Benjamin Flores, and Joaquin Flores; numerous other family and friends. 

Bastrop, Texas services: A Memorial Mass will begin 11:00 a.m., with Recitation of Holy Rosary prior to Mass at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018, Ascension Catholic Church, 804 Pine St., Bastrop, Texas.  

El Paso, Texas services and burial: Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel (old Mission), December 15, 2018, 131 S. Zaragosa Rd., El Paso, Texas.  Inurnment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery (marker-Our Lady of Fatima).  Following inurnment there will be fellowship at the parish hall of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel.c
