Obituary of Guadalupe P. Saenz

Our Beloved Guadalupe P. Saenz, age 91, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, August 28, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Librado Saenz; parents, Jose Picacio Sr. and Eulogia Reyna Martinez; sister, Librada Vargas and Dolores Martinez; and brothers, Tino Martinez ; Jose Picacio, Jr; Guadalupe Picacio, and Amador Picacio,

She is survived by her children, John Saenz, Margaret Mills and husband, William, Carlos Saenz, Maria Saenz, Arthur Saenz, Mario Saenz, and Paul Saenz; sisters, Nieves Sosa and Victoria Gonzales, Abby, Josie, Frances, Delia; brothers; Ben, Ruben, Johnny; and numerous precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday September 4, 2018  at Mission Funeral Home – South Side, 6204 South First Street;  Austin, Texas 78745. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at St. Julia Catholic Church. Committal Services will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
