Obituary of Janie Tapia

Our Beloved Janie Tapia, age 63, of Kyle, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday July 18, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jose Maria Tapia and Guadalupe Santibañez Tapia.

She is survived by her siblings Joe (Christina) Tapia Jr., Martha (Jose) Camacho, Peter Tapia, Angie Moreno, Lupe Tapia, and Jesse Tapia; nieces and nephews Joey Camacho, Steven Tapia, Crystal King and Veronica Moreno; and numerous other loving family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Joey Camacho, Jesse Tapia, Steven Tapia, Jorge Garcia, Martin Tapia Jr., and Lenn King.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday July 22, 2018  at Mission Funeral Home – South Chapel, 6204 South First Street;  Austin, Texas 78745. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday July 23, 2018 at Santa Cruz Catholic Church in Buda, Texas. Interment will follow at Onion Creek Cemetery.
