Dear Sammy and Lucy and Herrera family,
I am so sorry on the passing of your mom. I wish I had seen this earlier so I could have attended and met ya'll in person.
I met Mary in the middle 70s when she came to work at the Department of Veterans Affairs. She was a hoot. Always smiling and her cheerful attitude helped us get through our shift. I can't remember exactly when I last saw Mary it was within the past year somewhere shopping. She looked so well and spoke of ya'll and her grandbabies.
I will always remember her as a genuine, loving, and gracious lady.
May your memories sustain you now and forever.
Today is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
