Obituary of Emma Basquez Munoz

Our beloved Emma Vasquez Munoz, age 93, resident of Austin, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, June 18, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of more than fifty years, Lazaro Munoz; her parents J. and Jean Munoz; her siblings, Aurora Vasquez, Henry Vasquez, and Raymond Vasquez.

She is survived by her children, David Munoz and Gloria Munoz; grandchildren, Michael Anthony Munoz and David Christopher Munoz; great grandchildren, David Christopher Munoz, Jr., Sabrina Lynn Munoz, Gemma Rosa Munoz, and Mallorie Margaret Munoz. She is also survived by her sibling, Alfonso Vasquez, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, June 23, 2018, Mission Funeral Home, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St.  A Scripture Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2018.

This will conclude services.
