My sincerest condolences to the Elizondo family. I appreciate all he did for me professionally, he encouraged me and pushed me into the secretarial world in the 80' and 90's. I remember taking numerous shorthand notes that he would dictate. Such an intelligent man who did so much to get low income programs approved. Kelly thank you, and may you reign in paradise with our Lord Jesus Christ.

Expressing my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your loved one. May Jehovah God and his son Jesus Christ comfort and console you through his word the Bible. God's word promises at Acts 24:15 the hope of being reunited with your loved one again here on earth. You can have complete confidence in this promise because because God cannot lie and because of the resurrections of Lazarus and others that Jesus brought back to life here on earth. John 11:43, 44.

Prayers for the family. After Kelly moved from Corpus Christi, I lost contact with him. I often thought of him and always hoped to see him again. I was honored to have worked with Kelly, Tom and Cris. Kelly was a very caring person who made a difference in our community during his employment with the City. He was a person who was admired and respected by all who knew him. I will continue to pray for Kelly and his family in my daily prayers. God Bless and may he rest in peace.

Dear Ofelia, Merida, Lupita and Juliana, I want to offer my most sincere condolences for your loss. May the good Lord give you consolation and the faith needed to sustain you in your grief. Kelly was a very special person who lived life "his way" and that included a deep commitment to make a difference and make the world a better place. He was blessed with a beautiful family, his parents and sisters and Ofelia and Merida. May the Lord bless and comfort you during this Lenten season as we wait for the joy of the resurrection.

To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
Our friend Kelly was truly successful. We treasure the memories of happy times shared.
