Obituary of Raymond V. Gomez
Our Beloved Raymond V. Gomez, age 70, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jim C. Gomez and Angela Vasquez Gomez and his brother Edward Gomez.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Francis Lopez Gomez; his beloved sons Raymond J. (Julia) Gomez, Jimmy Gomez, and Edward M. (Andrea Marquez) Gomez; grandson Raymond A. Gomez; siblings: MaryJo Rounkels, Anita Toyekoyah, Nick Gomez, Gloria Wilcox, and David Gomez; and numerous other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Mission Funeral Home – South Side. Scripture Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Mission Funeral Home – South Side located at 6204 South First Street; Austin, Texas 78745. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery with Air Force Honors.
