Our beloved Mrs. Concepcion Botello Vasquez of Austin, age 78, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, August 5, 2001. She is survived by children, Juan B. Vasquez, Josephine Vasquez, S.S. C. I. of Houston, Santiago Vasquez of Lapeir, MI, Elias Vasquez Jr. of Grand Rapids, MI, Margaret Ruiz of Washington D.C., Lina Vasquez of Austin, Julian Vasquez of Detroit, MI, Jose Emilio Vasquez, Lawrence Vasquez, Eduardo Vasquez, all of Austin, Teresa Vasquez of Nashville, TN, Jerry Vasquez of Santa Fe, CA, and Peter Vasquez of Austin; mother, Guadalupe Correa; sister Alicia Botello both of Albion, MI, Cruz Cordova of Austin, and Basilia Martinez of Waco, TX. She is also survived by 43 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Recitation of rosary Tuesday, 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday, 9am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Reverend Father J.C. Cain will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as primary pallbearers are her grandsons Juan Ramiro Vasquez, Cedric Vasquez, Pablo Ruiz, Juan Jose Vasquez, Louis Villarreal Jr., Alejandro Lozoria, Dominic Vasquez, and Juan Julian Vasquez.
Secondary pallbearer procession is her sons Santiago Vasquez, Elias Vasquez Jr., Julian Vasquez, Jose Emilio Vasquez Jerry Vasquez and Pete Vasquez.
