I am deeply sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one in death is one of the most difficult situations families ever have to face. I have personally found comfort in the scripture at Isaiah 25:8 where God promises that he will soon "swallow up death forever and wipe away the tears from all faces." If you would like to learn more about the hope God has promised to all including those who have passed away, please visit www.jw.org. Again, I express my sympathies and hope this message brings you comfort in this difficult time.

Estimada familia Vargas.

I’m sorry for your loss of Lorenzo: Ecclesiastes 3:4 tell us there is “A time to wail and a time to dance.” In time, we can dance for joy because the Bible tells us (Matt 20:28, John 11:25) that Almighty God will lift obedient humans back to perfection on the basis of Jesus’ ransom sacrifice. That real hope can comfort and encourage us.

I am so saddened to learn of your loss. Surely, this has been a very trying and difficult time. The wonderful news is that Jehovah, the name the Bible uses to identify the True God, is aware of your suffering and has provided lasting comfort. In his word, the Bible he helps us to appreciate that instead of being distant to those such as yourselves who are suffering this imaginable pain, he is "a refuge and a help that can readily be found in times of distress" (Psalms 46:1). Furthermore, he does not limit his help to words but rather "is giving piwer to the tired (or distresssed) one and gives full piwer to the one without dynamic energy."( Isaiah 40:29) Did you know that he even purposes to resurrect or raise Lorenzo from the dead HERE on earth where he will bever be threatened with the pilossibilty of death again? (Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55:11; Revelation 21:4,5). If you would like to learn more of this wonderful hope, please go to jw.org.
