Obituary of Candido Campos

Our Beloved Candido Campos, age 88, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years Inez Campos; his parents Juan Campos and Eulalia Alvarez Campos; and his sisters Guadalupe and Tide Campos.

He is survived by his children Juvenal (Maria) Campos, Agustin Campos, Adan Campos, Eva (Miguel Rosales) Campos-Rosales, Juan (Leonor) Campos, Maria Anita (Miguel Gonzales) Campos, Julio (Marie) Campos, Rodrigo (Leticia) Campos, Hortencia (Sebastian Casares) Campos, and Candido Campos Jr.; his sister Ignacia Campos; brother Froilan Campos; 29 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2017 at Mission Funeral Home – South Side. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday November 14, 2017 at Santa Cruz Catholic Church in Buda. Interment will follow at Onion Creek Cemetery.
