Obituary of Emilio Pineda

Our beloved Emilio Pineda, age 75, resident of Austin, Texas, was called to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 4, 2017.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Sara Pineda Castillo and grandfather, Anacleto Pineda.

Emilio is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Beatrice Rodriguez Pineda; his daughters and grandchildren, Hope Rodriguez-Huitron and her children, Jessica (Victor Soto) Huitron, Jennifer (Bartolo) Santillan, Angelica (Martin) Buenrostro, Natalie (Jose) Lopez, Grace (Jose Buenrostro) Huitron, Jesus K. (Jilda Gonzalez) Huitron, Esmeralda (Jose Vasquez) Huitron, Zachary Huitron, and Selena (Vicente) Hernandez and Oralia (Valentin) Salazar and her children, , Imelda Salazar, Naomi Salazar, Rey Salazar; his brother, Ramiro Pineda; his sister, Maria Felix Pineda Sifuentes; 30 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Honored Pallbearers will be Esmeralda Huitron, Angelica Buenrostro, Jesus K. Huitron, Jesus A. Huitron III, Grace Huitron, Natalie Lopez, Selena Hernandez, and Zachary Huitron.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, November 9, 2017 with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home – East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas.  Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 10, 2017, Dolores Catholic Church, 1111 Montopolis Rd., Austin, Texas.  Interment will follow at Assumption cemetery.
