Our beloved Eloisa Botello Moreno, age 84, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, June 11, 2001. She was preceded in death by her only daughter Beatrice Womack, her brothers, Edward, Joe, Nicholas, John, Henry and sister Carmen Gonzales.Eloisa was a very social and colorful figure who did not hesitate to offer help in any situation. She was a long time member of the LULAC organization and an avid dancer. Family and friends will cherish her memory as a very outspoken, fair individual who was not afraid to speak her mind. She was an active volunteer at Seton McCarthy Community Health Center for more than 20 years.
Survivors include: Beloved husband of 50 years, Luis Moreno of Austin, One Grandson, Dana; Sister, Ella Olvera, and a host of nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Recitation of rosary Wednesday 7:00pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday 3:00pm at Dolores Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. John Korscmar will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
