As I watched the beautiful memorial video and cried and cried. All I saw was her wonderful smile in every picture. No matter what was happening that beautiful smile was there. I will never forget our trip to Austin which she welcomed us into her home. And her trip to New York which she fit in like a native New Yorker.
Sending all of God's Blessing to the Family and Friends. May Connie Rest in Heavenly Peace........

I have so many wonderful, funny memories of Tia Connie. It was always an adventure to hang out with her and Tio Bobby. So much laughter and crazy things we all did together! Even in her later painful years she was always cracking jokes. She will be truly missed. At least she is now at peace and playing poker with Tio. Love you guys, Nena

My Beautiful Tia Connie,
You are Saint Connie, The Saint of the Santos/Acosta Families. A true inspiration to me, especially as a child, teenager, to wife & mother at the age of 17. You showed me what it meant to be truly happily married with one Man for your entire life. The Sacrifices you both made to raise 4 perfect children and the courage and strength it took to stay on this earth long after your first two loves of your life made it to heaven (your oldest Son & your devoted and loving husband) You endured so much heartache along with all your on going health issues....You refused to give up even when your baby brother, baby sister and both your parents passed away, you managed to keep your head up high and your smile lit up the world!!!! Nothing kept you from staying on Gods Green Earth just long enough to meet your Grandkids and even watch most of them grow up to give you Great Grandkids. There is NO doubt in my mind the moment you passed away you were not alone..... The moment you closed your eyes you awoke with Uncle Bobby holding your hand and all of us, your entire Family was right there in spirit to say our Goodbyes yet again we shall ALL be reunited in the blink of an eye....until that day I shall carry your smile in my heart
May Peace be with all of you that made to Gods kingdom We shall see you very soon -you will be missed but never forgotten- I love you, Debbie

Our deepest condolences for the loss of our Tia Connie. I have very fond memories of her and her warm smile. The way she would giggle was infectious to everyone around her. May there be peace knowing she will be with her beloved Tio Bobby. Prayers and much love to my cousins, Connie, Patsy, Tony & extended family.

When the Lord calls our loved ones home He leaves a gift of memories in exchange. Cherish all the wonderful memories. My heart aches for the entire family. I'm a phone call away if you want to talk.
I love Aunt Connie and will forever remember all she did for me.
Rest peacefully beautiful Auntie. Say hi to the rest of the family up in heaven. We will all reunite in time. Until then.......
God bless you all.

Patsy, as you know, having recently lost my own mother, I can empathize deeply with your loss. Nothing can ever replace our mothers; they are so special and unique in being who they are. I know you will carry the memory of her in your heart forever. She'll pop into your mind at unexpected times, and you can smile at that familiarity, the time you spent with her in her younger years, and fond memories of her while growing up. She'll always be with you. May God give you comfort now, though, as you process this loss. Sending love to all your family.
