Our beloved Agustin Cervantes Ysla Sr., age 76, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, October 25, 1999. Survivors include: Beloved wife of 49 years Maria Guadalupe Ysla; daughters, Lucia Ysla, Annie Fabain, Martha Dunkerly; sons, Augustine Ysla Jr., Joel Ysla, all of Austin, Guadalpe Ysla of Arlington, TX. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Recitation of rosary Wednesday, 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, 10am at San Jose Catholic Church. Reverend Carlos Puerto will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Michael Ysla, Trinidad Lopez, David Ysla, Joshua Bazan, Gerald Bazan, and Jimmy Fabian.
Honorary pallbearers are John Ysla and Joe Lopez.
