Our beloved Saturnino Ramon, age 79 resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 3, 2001. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 53 years Antonia Ramon and a son Joe Ramon.Survivors include: Beloved Children, Janie Gaitan and husband Adon, Jessie Ramon and wife Vicky, Edward Ramon and wife Dolores, Rita Almaguer and husband Ben and Susana Martinez and husband Richard all of Austin; Sister, Delfina Rodriguez of Minnesota. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 16 Great-grandchildren.
Recitation of rosary Tuesday 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday 10:00am at St. Julia Catholic Church. Mnsr. Lonnie Reyes and Deacon Johnny Limon will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
The Ramon family express their gratitude to Hospice Austin, Crispin and Antonia Robledo, Ben Almaguer for their love, care, support and prayers given to our father during his illness. Serving as pallbearers are Albert Ramon, Theo Bean, Adon Gaitan, Jr., Kevin Ramon, Michael Moreno and Matthew Moreno.
Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Rudy Astran, Jr., Joey Ramon, Jonathan Ramon, John Thomas Marquez, II and Tony Ramon.
