Obituary of Alfredo D. Lafitte

Our Beloved Alfredo D. Lafitte, age 64, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, July 21, 2017.  Mr. Lafitte proudly served our country as a member of the United States Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rafael Lafitte and granddaughter, Clarissa Reyna.

He is survived by his wife, Yolanda Lafitte; mother Concepcion Lafitte; daughters, Monica (Jeff) Johns and Brandy Lafitte; stepsons, Julian and Joshua (Victoria) Landeros; brothers, Carlos (Veronica) Lafitte and Victor (Irma) Lafitte; grandchildren: Annalyssia Dominguez, Daniela Dominguez, LeAnn Dominguez, Jonathon Reyna, Desirae Martinez, and Delilah Martinez; great grandchildren: Jayden Ellison, Camron Datrice, Jon David Mendoza, Lorenzo Mendoza, Leila Hernandez and Jayda Hernandez.

The family would like to offer a very special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and entire staff at Warms Springs Specialty Hospital in New Braunfels, for their dedication and care to Mr. Lafitte.  May God bless and keep each of you and your families.  Thank you.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Mission Funeral Home – South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas. Committal Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with Air Force Honors.
