Our beloved Brother, Husband, Father and Grandfather Rudolph Espinosa Navarro, 62 years old, a native of Austin and long time resident of Mountain View, California was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, May 29, 2001. Rudy was a warm. Loving, generous kind soul. He loved his family and he loved to make people laugh. He was born October 10, 1938. He is missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents Manuel and Catherine Navarro, Sr. ?I am the resurrection and the life, whoever believes in me, through he should die, will come to life: and whoever is alive and believes in me will never die? John 11:25
Survivors include: Wife, Sue Navarro, Mountain View, Ca., and Los Lunas, New Mexico, Vicki Cantu, Mother of his Children; Sons, Moses Navarro and wife Debbie of Turner, Oregon, Michael Navarro of Salem Oregon; Daughter, Catarina V. Navarro of San Francisco, Ca.; Grandson, Joshua Garrett Navarro, Step-daughter Kim Newick of Tiburon, Ca.; Brothers, Manuel and wife Alice, Raymond and wife Dolores, Edward Navarro;Sister, Mary Ellen Navarro Garcia and husband Gabe; plus numerous other relatives.
Recitation of rosary Friday 7:30pm at Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday 10:00am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Franciscan Friars to officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be his three children and three brothers.
