Obituary of Maria De Los Angeles Martinez Resendiz

Nuestra amada Maria De Los Angeles Martinez Resendiz, de 33 años de edad, residente de Cedar Creek, Texas, fue llamada por Nuestro Padre Celestial el sábado, 8 de julio, 2017. Maria fue precedida en la muerte por su abuelo, Juan Martinez.

A Maria le sobreviven sus hijos, Cecília Marie Salazar, Santiago Salazar, Sofía Salazar, y Samantha Salazar; sus hermanos, Alberto Martinez y su esposa, Prisca, Guillermo Martinez, Apolonia Martinez y su esposo, Jose Salazar, Dominga Martinez, Tómas Martinez y su esposa, Sandra, y Maria de la Lúz Martinez; sus abuelos, Sirenio Resendiz, Sabastiana Martinez, y Maria Guadalupe Resendiz; numerosos sobrinos, otra familia, y amigos.

Maria trabajaba de tiempo en tiempo en el restaurante The Salt Lick, y más reciente como manejadora del ubicación en Round Rock. Ella amaba a todo el mundo, hizo amigos facilmente, y fue amada por todos quien la conocía. La vamos a extrañar enormemente.

La velación se llevará a cabo entre las 1:00 p.m. hasta las 9:00 p.m. el domingo, 16 de julio, 2017, con Recitación del Santo Rosario empesando a las 6:00 p.m. en Mission Funeral Home – East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas.

Santa Misa del Sepulcro Cristiano se llevará a cabo  el lunes, 17 de julio, 2017 a las 10:00 a.m. en Cristo Rey Catholic Church, la esquina de Robert T. Martinez y 2nd St., Austin, Texas. Sepulcración seguirá en Assumption Cemetery.

Our beloved Maria De Los Angeles Martinez Resendiz, age 33, resident of Cedar Creek, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday, July 8, 2017.  Maria was preceded in death by her grandfather, Juan Martinez.

Maria is survived by her father and mother, Bonifacio and Cresenciana Martinez; her children, Cecilia Marie Salazar, Santiago Salazar, Sofia Salazar, and Samantha Salazar; her brothers and sisters, Alberto Martinez and his wife, Prisca, Guillermo Martinez, Apolonia Martinez and her husband, Jose Salazar, Dominga Martinez, Tomas Martinez and his wife, Sandra, and Maria de la Luz Martinez; her grandparents, Sirenio Resendiz, Sabastiana Martinez, and Maria Guadalupe Resendiz; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Maria worked off and on with The Salt Lick, most recently as the manager of the Round Rock Location.  She loved everyone on earth, made friends easily, and was loved by all who knew her.  She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held from 1:00-9:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2017  with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home – East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, July 17, 2017 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Robert T. Martinez & 2nd St., Austin, Texas.  Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
