Obituary of Esther Ok Garrison
Our beloved Esther Ok Garrison, age 60, resident of Austin and San Antonio, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, June 29, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chong Man Kim and Chong Hui Sin.
She is survived by her loving sons, Joshua Garrison and his wife, Tommi, and Jacob Garrison and his wife, Janet, and her beloved granddaughter, Kaelyn.
Esther was born in Inch'on-Gwangyoksi, South Korea, and has traveled to many countries throughout her life. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother, enjoying her time with her family.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas. A Scripture Service will be officiated by Pastor Jesse Garcia at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Mission Funeral Home - East Side.
A Memorial Service will be officiated by Pastor Yujin Cho at 8:00 p.m., Friday July 7, 2017 at Korean Grace Baptist Church, 5838 Joiner St., San Antonio, Texas.
