Obituary of Teodoro Rodriguez, Sr.

Our beloved Teodoro Rodriguez, Sr., age 88, resident of Buda, was called to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, June 17, 2017.  He was preceded in death by his precious wife of 70 years, Martina Rodriguez; two grandsons, Eric Eureste and Eric Estrada, his brothers and sisters, Noberto, Victor, Carmelo, Delia, Juliano, Fausto, Ceda, Juana, and Virginia, and his son-in-law, Joe Carrizales.

He is survived by his loving children, Teodoro (Mary) Rodriguez, Jr., Dominga (Angel) Herrera, Frances (Daniel) Eureste, Theresa (Perfecto) Estrada, San Juana Ojeda, Jose Angel Rodriguez, Patricia Rodriguez, Pabla Rodriguez, Chavelo (Lucy) Rodriguez, Mary Ann (Adam) Ramirez, Jerry (Elizabeth) Rodriguez, and Nobert (Lupita) Rodriguez; his sister, Alifonsa Gonzalez; 31 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Honored Pallbearers will be Jacob Rodriguez, Jason Rodriguez, Jerry Rodriguez, Jr., Joseph Rodriguez, Mark Herrera, Paul Angel Estrada, Jr., Jose Carrizales, Alex Eureste, Andrew Ramirez, and Matthew Ramirez.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 21, 2017, Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.  Recitation of Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 22, 2017, Santa Cruz Catholic Church, 1100 Main St., Buda, Texas.  Lie-in-State will begin at 9:00 a.m. prior to Mass.  Interment will follow at San Juan Cemetery, Reedville, Texas.
