Obituary of Mariana Garcia Gonzales

Our beloved Mariana Garcia Gonzales, age 86, resident of Taylor, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father, on Friday, June 9, 2017.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Pedro D. Gonzles; her parents, Emilio and Macaria Garcia; her grandson, Isaiah Adan Herrera Gonzales, and her sisters and brother, Socorro Garcia, Besilia Montoya, Cruz Garcia, and.

She is survived by her children, Mary Jane Etheredge and Pedro G. Gonzales, Jr.; her grandchildren, Alan Michael Gonzales, Sr., John Paul Gonzales, Sr., Edward James Castillo, Jessica Marie Castillo, Stephanie Lynn Castillo, Brenda Lee Castillo, and Anjelica Juanita Nicole Castillo.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Monday, June 26, 2017, Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 27, 2017, San Jose Catholic Church, 2435 Oak Crest St., Austin, Texas. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
