Our Beloved Lawrence Leon Reyes, 72, was called home by our Heavenly Father on Friday, April 14, 2017 in Austin, Texas. He was born on November 9, 1944
Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Esther Reyes and his brother, John Reyes. He is survived by his sons, Lawrence Reyes Jr. and Carl Reyes; sisters, Mary Aguirre and Ida (Eugene) Martinez; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Mission Funeral Home South Chapel, 6204 South First Street, Austin, Texas. Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 20, 2017 at St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church, 126 W. Oltorf St., Austin, Texas 78704. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden Capital Park Cemetery with Military Honors.
