Our beloved Steve Alexander Lobato, age 55, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel Lobato, Jr. and Mary Limon Vidouria and step-father, Ralph Vidouria, Sr. and his sister, Debra Castillo.
Steve is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Teresa "Terri" Lobato; his children, Jennifer Lobato, Steven Lobato, Stephanie Lobato, and Laura Lobato (Brandon Salinas); nine grandchildren, Paul Elizondo, Isaiah Elizondo, Brianna Elizondo, Kylla Ibarra, Keleece Ibarra, Miyah Carter, Aliyah Carter, King Carter, and Alexander Lobato; his sister, Diane Martinez (Jose Reyna); his many aunts and uncles, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to the staff of Seton Hospital (Main) and Christopher House for their dedication and care.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Monday, April 17, 2017 with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home-East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas. A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at Mission Funeral Home-East Side. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
