Our Beloved Primitivo Samaripa, age 90, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. He was born on June 8, 1926 in Manor, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Geronimo and Trinidad Samaripa; his brother Pricillano Zamaripa; his sisters, Helen Cantu and Anselma Arrellano; and his daughter, Rachel Sanchez.
He is survived by his 11 children; 4 step-children; 32 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren; his sister and her husband, Josie and Antonio Jaramillo; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be at 5:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary to begin at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Mission Funeral Home South located at 6204 South First Street. Scripture Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Mission Funeral Home South. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
