Benito ?Ben? Vasquez, age 53, resident of Zion Illinois formally of Austin passed away on Thursday April 19, 2001. Ben was a veteran serving his country proudly in the U. S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.Survivors include: Beloved parents, Gumecindo and Lydia F. Vasquez of Thrall, TX.,; Brother, Rudy Vasquez of Austin; Sisters, Gloria Vasquez of Austin, Mary Guerrero of Florida, Rita Vasquez of Thrall, TX. and Sylvia Buitron of Austin. He is also survived by a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Prayer service will be held on Tuesday 7:00pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10:00am Wednesday at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Capital Memorial Park Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are members of the family.
