Obituary
Obituary of Moses R. Flores
Please share a memory of Moses to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Our Beloved Moses Regino Flores, 76, was called home by our Heavenly Father, on Sunday, December 4, 2016 in Austin, Texas, with his family by his side.
He was born on December 21, 1939 in Austin, Texas, and served over 50 years with Mastec until he retired in 2010. His greatest joy was his family, and he loved to spend time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was always giving to his community, and loved being involved in the Knights of Columbus. He was a member of Saint Julia’s Catholic Church for over 50 years. One of his passions with the church, was running the Flores Hamburger Puesto with his family.
Moses was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Martha Flores; and his brothers, Jimmy, Manuel, Joe and Frank Flores.
Moses is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Annie; his sister, Ruth Pilgrim; his children, Moses (Lolly) Flores Sr., Diane (Salim) Salem, and Brenda (Daniel) Martinez; 11 grandchildren; 20 great- grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He is also survived by his loving and devoted companion, Jade.
The Flores Family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the Doctors and Nurses of The Heart Hospital ICU.
As he would have said, “Just your presence is enough.”
