Our Beloved Ingrid Rosine Ruffin, age 60, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, October 13, 2016.
Ingrid is survived by her loving husband, Sylvester Ruffin; her son, John R. Weir IV; her grandchildren, Celia Marie Weir, Arden R. Weir, and Ashlyn K. Weir, and her sisters, Annette and Frida; and numerous loving friends.
A Memorial Service will be held in celebration of Ingrid's life at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Pflugerville Community Church, 1214 Pfennig Ln, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
