Obituary of Frank L. Acosta

Our Beloved Frank L. Acosta, age 85, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, October 20, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Enrique and Susie Acosta; his granddaughter, Annie Esquievel, and his brothers, Juan Acosta and Guadalupe Acosta.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Mary Rodriguez Acosta; his children, Frank Edward Acosta, Mary Jane Esquivel, Patricia “Patty” Ann Santa Ana and husband, Richard, Margaret Elizabeth Medrano and husband, Ricardo, John Roy Acosta and wife, Kelley, and Mark Anthony Acosta; his sister, Mary Martinez; 21 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., at Santa Cruz Catholic Church, 1100 Main St., Buda, Texas. The church will open at 9:00 a.m. on the day of Mass. This will conclude the services for Mr. Acosta.
