We were blessed to have you in our lives n to call you uncle Joe. To us you'll always be our fun uncle Joe. The guy who loved to come out to the country to get away from the city. The guy who always wanted to collect literature to read later, build bird houses, fix stuff, clean, cut grass by hand cause we had no lawnmower, go hang out with your nephew and his friends, watch your great nieces and nephews play out in the yard, play your guitar so redneck could sing, and but of course be there for your sisters. We love you uncle Joe and will miss you greatly. We know your in a better place now and pain free, please tell everyone we said hi and will see them soon.

I remember when I first met Uncle Joe. I call him uncle Joe because that's how he was introduced to me. And he confirmed by greeting me with a "Hi I'm Uncle Joe. " So it stuck with me. Although I was nervous because of the colourful character he was described to me as. I still wasn't afraid to give him a chance as he wasn't to others either. He would consistently offer the clothes of his back and the food out of his fridge and that's no expression. He was VERY caring for others and treated every soul the exact same. The same love the same respect the same for everyone. I'm glad he got the chance to meet his great niece. He knew many different people so i know he will be missed. God bless you Uncle Joe. And your family.
