Our beloved Adelaido “Larry” Campos, age 77, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 27, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Genaro and Santos Campos, and his brothers and sisters, Benturo “Bennie” Campos, Jose “Joe” Campos, Ester Coy, Amelia Selvera, Fannie Campos, and Lupe Campos Larry is survived by his loving nieces, Janie (Mario) Barrientez and Irene (Ralph, Jr.) Villela who cared for him as a father; his sister, Cuca (Johnny) Martinez; numerous other nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Honored pallbearers will be, Alvin Castillo, Mario Barrientez Jr., Robert Flores Sr., Robert Flores Jr., Richard Hernandez, and David Martinez. The family would like to offer a note of appreciation to Mary King for her compassionate care of Larry during his long illness. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, July 31, 2016 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 6:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, 11:00 a.m., Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Austin Assumption Cemetery.
