Our beloved child, James Ray Pina, resident of Austin, born August 25, 1999, was called by Heavenly Angels on Tuesday, March 13, 2001. Survivors include parents Enes and Elizabeth Pina; brother Joe Angel Pina age 7; maternal grandparents Kathryn Reid Leach, James H. Leach of Holdenville,OK; paternal grandparents, Emily Escalante Pina and Enes Pina; uncles Aurther and Fernando Pina; aunts, Lydia Pina and Stephanie Alba; uncles, Mathew and Richard Reid, all of Austin. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
A wake will begin Friday at 7pm at the Mission Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, 2pm at St. James Episcopal Church, 3701 E. M.L.K. Reverend Greg Rickle will officiate. Interment will follow in Baghdad Cemetery(Leander, TX).
Serving as pallbearers are Mario Soto, Martin Escalante III, Mathew and Richard Reid.
