Our beloved Josefina A. Gonzales, age 74, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eliseo and Seferina Armonta; one grandchild, Eric F. Gonzales; her brothers and sisters, Asenet Perez, Alfredo “Chore” Armonta, Polo Armonta, Armando Armonta, Reynando Armonta, Aurelo “Wille” Armonta. She is survived by her loving children, Jesus A. Gonzales, Dalia C. Cortez and her husband, Luis, Jose M. Gonzales, and her granddaughter Eva Gonzales and her husband, Juan; her brothers and sisters, Mariana Perez, Antonia Farry, Lucia Armonta, Olivia Armonta, Tomas Armonta, Roberto Armonta, Gerardo Armonta, and Richard Armonta; 12 grandchildren, Elida (Juan), Jessica (Devan), Jesus, Jr. (Jackie), Ruby, Crystal, Luis II, Andreana, Cordelia, Ismael, Eva and Eduardo, 19 great-grandchildren, Emilio, Victor, Evelyn, Noa, Evony, Aliah, Alonzo, Mialeena, Isidro, Ezekiel, Estrella, Jose, Sherlyn, Jocelyn, Juan Carlos, Nayeli, Yariel, Estaban, and Lynetter, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Honored Pallbearers will be Jose M. Gonzales, Eddie Gonzales, Ismael Cortez, Juan A. Gonzalez, Luis Cortez, and Carmen Gonzalez Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, June 26, 2016 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 6:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St. A Funeral Service will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Mission Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
