Our beloved Patsy "PK" Smith died peacefully May 25, 2016 surrounded by the love of her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, L.H. and Ethel Bell and her sisters Virginia Mae Gibbons and Betsy Sue Bell.
PK is survived by her beloved son, Dale B. Smith, several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
