Our beloved Ruperto S. Billela, Jr., age 71, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 29, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruperto Billela, Sr. and Bonifacia Sandoval Billela; his grandson, Anthony Billela; and his sisters, Janie Rodriguez and Guadalupe Castro Longoria.
Mr. Billela is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Mary Estorga Billela; his children, Delfino Billela, Roy Billela, Linda (Jeremy Riojas) Billela-Riojas, Roger (Jessica) Billela; his grandchildren raised as his own, Vanessa, Misty, Christopher, and Roy Matthew Billela; his siblings, Gabriel (Georgia) Billela, Ralph (Sylvia) Villela, Dominga (Tony, dec’d), and Carmen (Mario) Trevino; his grandchildren, Mariya, Roger, Jr., Lola, Alexander, Isaac, and Matthew Billela; great-grandchildren, Abigail and Dominic; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 3, 2016 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 12:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas. This will conclude the services for Mr. Billela.
