Our beloved Joe Pulido, age 82, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, May 10, 2016.
He was preceded in death by father, Atilano Pulido and mother, Juanita Briceno; his son, Arturo Pulido; and several brothers and sisters.
Mr. Pulido is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Cruz Sanchez Pulido; his children, Oscar Pulido, Arnold (Mary Jane) Pulido, Mary Helen (Louis) Garcia, Grace (Robert) Drake, Estella (Tim) Flesch; 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren; his sisters, Rita (Jesse) Flores, Fela (Steve) Cantu, Fortino Pulido, and Ignacio Pulido; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Honored Pallbearers will be Luis Garcia, Jr., J.T. Garcia, Moses Arispe, Abel Pulido, Carlos Pulido, and Ernesto Pulido.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, May 15, 2016 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 6:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 16, 2016, 2016 at St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church. Services will conclude following Mass.
