Our beloved Ms. Victoria Garcia, age 83, resident of Austin, born December 23, 1917 in Dilley, TX. moved to Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, March 9, 2001. Survivors include: Sisters; Maria G. Valdez, Brothers; Gregorio Garcia and wife Pauline, Benito Garcia and wife Isabel, all of Austin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews that loved her dearly. The family would like to express special gratitude towards Dr. Alexander Marquis and staff of Hospice Austin. She was preceded in death by her parents Sylvestre and Monica Garcia, sister Ascencion G. Delgado and brothers Vicente and Benino Garcia. Vicky even though you have departed from us, we will always be together in heart and in mind. You gave us something very special that no one can take away, your motherly love, your time. You taught us how to respect and love one another. Our hearts are filled with sorrow of your departure, but we know you left us to go on to a better place. Love Cirineo, Amparo, Alfred and Leticia. William Elliott O.M.I. will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Frederick Munoz, John Castillo, Jr., Jose Montoya, Luis Joel Aguilar, Jr., Michael Ray Garcia and Marino Sanchez.
