Francisca G. Garcia, born on November 25, 1921, went to be with the Lord on April 2, 2016 at the age of 94. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Juanita Gutierrez, husband Manuel Garcia, and children, Maria Juanita Garcia, Francisca Rosario Garcia, and Manuel Garcia Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Yolanda and her husband, Jose Velasquez, Delia and her husband, Mario Gonzales, Dalia Martinez; her sister, Maria E. Gutierrez, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at Mission Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. First Street, with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Chapel Service will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery immediately following.
