Obituary of Celestino Gaitan

Our beloved Celestino Gaitan, age 82, of Austin entered into eternal rest with the Lord on Monday, February 8, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents Rogelia Garza Gaitan and Adolpho Gaitan, Sr.; his wife Maria Gonzales Gaitan; sisters Jesusa Morales and Catarina Cervantes.
He is survived by his beloved sons Ronald and Rene Gaitan; brothers Pedro Gaitan and Adolpho Gaitan, Jr.; sisters Victoria Barrientos, Josepha Chairez, Rosa Delgado, Herminia Tamayo, and Julia Machado.
He retired from Montgomery Wards. Celestino touched the lives of many with his smile and generosity.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be Thursday, February 11, at 7:30 p.m. at Los Angeles Funeral Home, San Marcos, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale, TX.
Honoring his as pallbearers are Virgil Delgado, Christopher Villegas, Hector Cervantes, Rudy Tamayo, Danny Machado and Moses Gonzales, Jr.
