Our beloved Reynaldo Cerda, age 70, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, January 25, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Rosa Cerda. He is survived by his loving wife, Maria L. Cerda; his daughter, Sonia Flores and her husband, Juan; his sons, Ruben Cerda and Reynaldo Cerda Jr. and his wife, Patricia; grandchildren, Juan Flores, Joel Flores, Claudia Flores, Mark Ramos, Angelina Ramos, Brianna Cerda, Adrianna Cerda, and Gabriella Cerda; great-granddaughter, Athenea Ramos. In addition, Reynaldo is survived by his brothers, Lionel Cerda, Carlos Cerda, Albert Cerda, Victor Cerda, and Arturo Cerda and his sisters, Vera Carlin, Frances Chavez, and Mireya Ramon. Pallbearers will be Ruben Cerda, Reynaldo Cerda, Jr., Juan Flores, Juan Flores, Jr., Joel Flores, and David Gutierrez. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 27, 2016 with a Prayer Service held at 7:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2016. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
