Our beloved Christobal C. Benavides Jr., age 71, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 26, 2015.
He is preceded in death by his parents Christobal Sr. and Audelia Benavides; brothers Roy and Joe Benavides; sister Patsy Benavides; daughter Paula Cantu.
He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years Stella C. Galvan; children John Chris Cantu,Veronica Benavides Carranza,Christobal Benavides III, Anthony Benavides, Jessica Bravo(Edgar), John Ted Cervantes(Rosanna), and Kristen Benavides(Michael); grandchildren Savannah Carranza, David Carranza, Selena Montes, Marco Montes Jr., Jacob Montes, Jaeda Cervantes, Aliana Montes, and Jeanna Cervantes; brothers Armando(Esther), Raymond(Carolina), Gilbert, Jesse, and Jimmy(Yolanda); sisters Annie(Manuel), Alice(Johnny), and Mary(Joe); many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Christobal will begin at 4:00p.m., on Tuesday, December 29, with Recitation of Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street.
Funeral Service 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 30 at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. This will conclude services for Christobal C. Benavides Jr.
