Our mother born in Lockhart, Texas and resided in Austin, Texas went with our Heavenly Father to rest in peace. She was preceded in death by our dad, Sirildo Linares Ruiz; children, Arturo Samuel Ruiz, Rueben Domingo Ruiz, John Raymond Ruiz, Yolanda Julie Lugo. She is survived by her children, Margarita Ruiz-Rangel (Ladislao Rangel), Armando Angel Ruiz (Janie Estrada Ruiz), Ernest Onesimo Ruiz (Sylvia Gomez Ruiz), Sylvia Benites; sisters, Paula Castillo, Alice Zamarripa; brothers, Victor Serrano, Benito Serrano, Ernest Serrano; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Grace Hospice, Nurses Darlene and Cindy, and a very special thank you to our sister Sylvia Benites for caring and taking special care of our mother during the remaining years of her life.
