Our beloved Justa Catarina “Catherine”, age 73, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 15, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Augustine and Justa Cancino, two sisters, and two brothers. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Jose Luis Garcia; her children, Maria Virginia (Raymond) Rizo, Luis Mario Garcia, Jose David (Svetlana) Garcia; 3 grandchildren; her sisters, Maria Hayes and Carmen Flores; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, November 19, 2015 with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, 12:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1206 E. Ninth St. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
